Stern has an exciting opportunity available to join a very engaged and collaborative team of HR professionals as a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will assist the Executive Director and Senior Associate Director of Human Resources in providing a variety of support services. These services include: recruitment, on-boarding, compensation, employee relations, performance management, analysis and reporting, and other human resources projects and processes.
A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination required. Successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, good judgment, discretion, and problem solving abilities, and a genuine concern for others.
