The University of Virginia's Department of Human Resources is seeking two HR Specialists to join a specialized HR team that will focus on the intricacies and needs of the Academic division. The HR Specialist-Academic Support will provide logistical coordination and administrative support to various offices and schools, and work across the University to absorb and reduce administrative burden. The HR Specialist-Academic Support will assist the team with its goals, including: partner with HR COEs and other UVA resources focusing on process improvement and redesign; facilitate training to HR functional areas; and create a flexible infrastructure to support new initiatives.
