In 2019 the HR Certification Institute will be introducing a new Instructor database for our partners to take advantage of. It is similar to the HRCI Certification Preparation Provider Directory, but will represent the instructor versus the organization. Our vision is that this database can connect instructors to schools and training opportunities.
Most instructors are passionate HR practitioners with a strong desire to positively impact future HR leaders. An instructor should have strong HR practical experience and be able to provide real life examples to deliver courses. It is preferred that the instructor holds an HRCI credential because it provides first-hand knowledge of the application and testing processes. To successfully prepare candidates, an effective instructor will cover the information in the exam content outline while describing useful techniques to prepare for and pass these rigorous certification exams.
** This is not an internal position with the HR Certification Institute. If you are qualified, you will be contacted directly to confirm that your name, email and professional page (i.e. LinkedIn) may be added to the HRCI Instructor Database on our website.
This is a nationwide search and location is not a factor.
Professional certification (HRCI, etc.) within related discipline, strongly preferred
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in the Human Resources industry
Experience with labor unions, training and development, workforce management, employment law and regulations, risk management, and business and HR strategy
Experience with international human resources, leadership, multicultural workforce, and talent acquisition
For full consideration, an application should include a cover letter & resume/CV. Applications will be held in confidence. Please upload your resume/CV to clearly reflect the following information:
Professional work experience
Date and title of HR courses taught
Date and title of conference presentations or webinars
Examples of university and/or community engagement
***The HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®) does not endorse any particular preparation program, offering, or instructor. We encourage prospective certification holders to use a variety of resources that reflect their learning styles and needs. Purchasing a certification product is NOT required and HRCI does not guarantee that an individual will pass based on the purchase of a certification preparation product.
The HRCI Instructor Database is meant to be used only as a resource for training and educations institutions that are in the search of instructors for their HRCI preparation programs.
