The University of Tennessee, Knoxville Human Resources office is seeking candidates for the position of Compensation Assistant. Duties & Responsibilities:
Process transactions in IRIS, UT's HRIS, by reviewing and completing work flow items, and by entering data accurately
Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot issues
Create and maintain spreadsheets
Assemble documentation for classification reviews
Generate correspondence and finalize classification reviews in IRIS
Perform classification reviews for positions
Communicate with departments during classification reviews, and resolves discrepancies
Consult with departments to assist in the creation of position descriptions
Conduct compensation/classification related research, and analyze information provided
Create reports, and provide data analysis for internal and external requests
Deliver compensation related training
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $31,000 to $35,000 annually.
