Master's degree in relevant field
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS applications and analytics
Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR policies and practices; financial/business acumen
Demonstrated experience with the administration of bargaining unit policies and procedure
Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally and to effectively communicate (oral and written) with all levels of staff.
Skillfully create and lead presentations, communicating and conveying information in a meaningful way to a wide variety of audiences
