You will oversee and execute on initiatives in the following human capital areas:
employee relations, policy development and implementation, new hire onboarding, immigration, performance management, and staffing-related agreements and contracts.
This position also involves providing expertise and leadership on a broad range of core HR projects.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Ideal prospects will have at least five to seven years of experience in employee relations at a financial services, consulting, or law firm.
Prior exposure to, and technical expertise in, several key human capital disciplines—especially employee relations and performance management—is essential. Immigration experience is a plus.
Successful applicants will exercise the utmost discretion while working with highly confidential information and will possess keen attention to detail, strong project facilitation skills, sound judgment, and a client-focused approach.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are imperative, as is the ability to communicate in a clear, poised, and concise manner both verbally and in writing.
