Fremont Behavioral Health Hospital, part of a larger hospital system,Universal Health Services (UHS), is looking for a Dynamic Director of Human Resource.

The Director position is an integral part of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO. The position has total oversight and responsibility for managing the day-to-day departmental Human Resource functions and oversight of staff. The ideal leader will bring sound management experience and solid HR best practices to take the department to the next level.
The Director will be responsible for all people functions within the Hospital. The selected candidate will have hands on experience preforming and managing all functional area of human resources, such as, full cycle recruitment, employee relations, compensation management, regulatory compliance, leave management and employee engagement.
This position requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure the day-to-day HR operations of the department are fully compliant and sound while also having the proven ability to function at a strategic level. The ideal candidate would be agile in moving from tactical to strategic at any given time.

We are looking for the following qualifications to take our HR team to the next level.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in human resources, three (3) years management experience required, and five (5) years of healthcare preferred.
Certification: Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Professional Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
