This project position is budgeted for two years.
The primary function of this position is to provide paraprofessional and technical support for Human Resources. This position works independently under general supervision and within established guidelines, and reports to the HR Services Manager.

Four years' office experience including at least two years in records management.
Equivalent education will substitute for up to two years of office experience (excluding records management experience).
Applicant must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; have a proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and database management; and strong interpersonal skills.
Candidate must demonstrate interest, ability and/or experience promoting cultural competency, universal accessibility and/or diversity.
Experience working in a human resources environment
Experience using a human resources information system such as Banner
