Working as part of a collaborative team, the HR Generalist provides employee and labor relations client support. The HR Generalist supports the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and Executive Director to successfully implement initiatives and programs and helps to create an environment to attract, develop, retain and engage talent throughout Health Sciences to deliver business goals. The primary responsibility of the HR Generalist is the execution of transactional core HR processes.The HR Generalist utilizes strong knowledge of human resources, policy, or bargaining contracts to resolve routine HR questions and problems, escalating to the HRBPs or Director as needed. The HR Generalist builds strong partnerships, collaborates, and coordinates with all parties in HR to ensure delivery of high quality, value-added services that align with the organization's goals.
