Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital (GPBH) is dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral health and psychiatric support to children and youth. We consider the psychological health of every child to be a sacred trust, which must be handled with care, compassion and respect. At GPBH, our singular focus of serving youth ages 5-17 allows us to ensure that each child and their family is given thorough and individualized care with an emphasis on nurturing and trust.
The primary responsibilities are as follows:
Initiate and maintain all pre-employment reference and background checks, as well as all on boarding paperwork.
Ensure overall compliance of employee personnel files in accordance to internal and external auditors.
Participate in hospital survey process, performance evaluations, open enrollment and other special projects.
Function as a liaison for employee benefits and employee relations issues.
Inputting and maintaining hospital HRIS information.
Ability to maintain the upmost confidentiality.
Lead by example and champion the philosophy of Service Excellence
