The HR Service Center Technician are key members of the Americas regional HR Service Center providing support to managers and employees in North America and/or Latin America with their transactional needs.
The HR Service Technician (HRST) is responsible for collection, entry and maintenance of employee information to ensure that transactions are entered and completed in an accurate and timely manner.
The HR Service Center Technician partners with their Team Lead to regularly review performance outcomes against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); identify areas of individual and team professional development. Interacts cross functionally within the HR organization and various departments within Rockwell Automation to ensure handoffs, communication and interactions are customer focused, seamless and delivered with high quality.
Key responsibilities may include:
Provides direct support to company employees, managers and other HR groups as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions and processes
Completes complex requests concerning HR transactions and employee data maintenance and guides employees and managers accurately through all steps of a process.
Key user of and expert on global SAP HCM system and processes, enters and validates employee personal and organizational data.
Creates and updates employee data reports, statistics and conducts basic analyses to ensure data quality and identify improvement opportunities.
Completes HR processes including new-hire onboarding, changes-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, termination of employment, etc.
Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database and/or documents activities as requested.
