Provide support in all aspects of benefits administration including answering employee inquiries, processing and auditing payroll deductions, assisting with open enrollment, developing communications, conducting presentations, and implementing company-wide benefit changes and/or new programs.
Assist with the administration of the 401(k) plan, including auditing reports, importing files, developing communications and being a resource for employees.
Participate in the development and administration of employee wellness initiatives.
Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate leave of absences.
Process monthly invoices and manage requests for payment.
Regularly conduct audits and help maintain data for HR systems utilized by the department (Ultipro, bSwift, Transamerica, Discovery).
Help coordinate the Summer Internship Program, Rotational Program, Peer Connect, and other HR initiatives.
Assist with performance management, recruitment, and onboarding of the firm.
Responsible for providing support to other Human Resource team members which includes duties related to data entry, employment verifications, coordinating and scheduling meetings, processing paperwork and other administrative duties.
BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field.
A min. of three years of direct benefits administration experience with exposure to other aspects of HR.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have a willingness and motivation to learn all HR functions.
Due to the position requirements, candidates must be able to work onsite Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5pm) at our Corporate Headquarters (353 N. Clark St.).
