Posting Summary: Perform comprehensive journey level generalist duties and provide consultation to management in all areas of human resource management. Develop and implement effective strategies, particularly in the areas of recruitment and retention, employment and compensation, performance management and staff development. Participate in the planning, development, implementation, training and assessment of human resource programs to improve customer service, efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred Specific Experience: Preferred experience as a human resources generalist with at least one functional area of specialization (employee relations, recruitment and staffing, or compensation management.
