The HR Coordinator provides administrative support and coordination in matters related to Human Resources. Essential duties include data entry for new and ongoing recruitments, new hires, updates in job status, offer letters etc. The HR Coordinator interacts directly with recruiters, applicants, new hires and department hiring managers for various recruiting activities. The coordinator conducts phone screens, schedules interviews, coordinates calendars and is responsible for all the day to day administrative functions concerning recruitment activity.
